BETDAQ is a new online sports books following in the footsteps of Betfair in the way they are a betting exchange rather than an out an out bookmaker.
At first glance, the site seemed way too chaotic for my liking but I then saw the ‘my preferences’ tab in the top right hand corner and once I had changed it to a less hectic style I realised the site was indeed what I had expected.
They offer exactly what Betfair does, but in comparison have more client-friendly commission rates. For example their charging rates are as little as half that Betfair charge users, at just 2% in contrast to 5% which is what you are charged when using Betfair as your betting exchange.
The only problem I think BETDAQ might have is with liquidity as they don’t have as many users as they would like which will take its toll on the odds they give but hopefully in time their popularity can increase and they can become as successful as Betfair.
The customer service they provide is average as they include only two methods of contacting them which is by email or live chat.
In conclusion they will give Betfair a run for their money eventually but at this moment in time they are slightly behind in terms of what they can offer and provide users with.
